14 days free. We take your card when you sign up so the trial can start. Nothing is charged until the 14 days are up.

Cancel whenever you like. Before the trial ends you pay nothing and we delete your card. After that you keep the month you have paid for. There is no notice period and no admin fee.

One price. No setup fee. No per-seat fee. Cancel and come back when you want.

The app is not in the shops yet. The 14 days start the day it opens, and the list is how you hear about that day. When it opens, the card is taken by the App Store or Google Play, so we never see it.

Everything in the app means:

• Quotes written from your own rates, and a job that carries its photos, notes and costs.
• Invoices, deposits and part payments, with the balance worked out.
• Chasing, with the amount still owed and your bank details already in the message.
• A link your customer can open to approve a quote or sign off a bill.
• The diary and the timesheet. The report for the quarter.
• The assistant, which answers from your own records.

What happens on day 15?

The first £19.99 is taken on day 15. After that it is £19.99 a month, taken on the same day each month. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged. The card is removed.

How do I cancel?

Open the subscription in the app and cancel it there. On an iPhone that is the App Store's subscription settings. On Android it is Google Play's. You do not have to tell us why.

If you cannot find it, email support@yellowtradie.com and we will point you to the right screen. We cannot cancel it for you, because the store holds the subscription.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

They stay on your phone. Cancelling stops the subscription and does not delete a quote, a job, an invoice or a cost. We cannot delete them either, because we never had a copy.

If you want your figures out before you go, a quarter exports as a spreadsheet for your accountant.

Is there a notice period?

No. You cancel when you like and the subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no charge for leaving early.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The first payment is the £19.99 taken on day 15. There is no charge to set up an account, because there is no account to set up yet.

Is there a per-seat fee?

No. There are no seats. The app is for one person on one phone, and the price is the same whether you use it every day or once a month.

Can I come back?

Yes. Join again and the price is the price shown on this page at that time. If the app is still on your phone, your records are still there. If you deleted it the records went with it. We cannot bring them back.
